About Pieper Properties Accomodating the small business entrepreneur


	Distinctive, reasonably priced professional space, with an emphasis on the small business tenant – that’s our mission at Pieper Properties. Close to 80 percent of US employers have 20 employees or less – and these are also the businesses responsible for creating more than nine out of ten new jobs in this country. By serving our clients, we help our tenants serve the community at large. High Quality, Sustainable Work Environments Pieper Properties is committed to providing our tenants with a high-quality, thoughtfully designed work environment where you can always put your best foot forward with clients and employees alike. Our buildings are renovated or redeveloped in a sustainable manner. That commitment then extends to operating the buildings sustainably and furnishing them with a range of cutting edge amenities including common conference rooms, on-site parking, electronic access systems, and shower/locker rooms. We believe that green buildings are good for the planet, and create economic value for our tenants, their employees, and our investors. Focus on Small Business While Pieper Properties has available space as large as 50,000 s.f., our primary focus is on high-quality space in the 1,300 to 3,000 s.f. range. We acquire our buildings carefully and make sure they will subdivide attractively and efficiently. We also offer a limited amount of space at 234 Florida as small as 400 s.f. and for a lease term of one year, providing the flexibility very small and new enterprises require. And, as young companies ripen into going concerns, roomier accommodations can be found at the same address. You won’t even have to change the letterhead! Attentive Management Keeping up close contact and staying responsive to tenant needs is a priority. Four times a year, we visit with each tenant in person to check on the quality of our service and identify potential improvements to serve our tenants better. Frequent feedback is also solicited through regular customer surveys. Tenants know our management is approachable and always ready to take their call. Proud of our properties. Proud of our service.
